Katie Cassidy's Lookin' Fierce & Fit
"Arrow" fans put down your bows. "Arrow" Oliver Queen, Stephen Amell, isn't the only one strong-willed and fit. "Arrow's" Katie Cassidy, Laurel Lance, plays a driven lawyer who believes in using justice to be the city's hero (a.k.a CW'S newest fierce lady addition).
We've got the low-down on Laurel Lance's character while SELF captures Cassidy behind the scenes. Cassidy reveals her character in this sneak peek "Arrow" promo.
Are your CW hearts aiming to love Cassidy's new role?
Not only does Cassidy play a driven character but she's also in tip top shape! According to SELF, Cassidy was recently named the face of Lady Foot Locker. "Self" caught up with Cassidy, to get the dish on her all time fav. shoes and her secret to staying athletically fit.

What drew you to partner with Lady Foot Locker?
"I teamed up with Lady Foot Locker because they are very supportive of women living a healthy lifestyle. I try to be the best that I can be, and I believe that all women should. I think it's important that as women, we feel sexy, confident and beautiful."
Do you have a favorite "I'll never throw them out" pair of sneakers?
"Yes! My Chucks (Converse). The older they get, the better they are!
What are your favorite ways to stay fit?
"I prefer to do a little bit of everything. Running, yoga and occasionally weights are my favorite."
