Jan Wahl Movie Review: 'The Hangover Part III'
(KCBS) – KCBS Entertainment Editor Jan Wahl reviews "The Hangover Part III", the final chapter of the raunchy trilogy starring Bradley Cooper, Zach Galifianakis, and Ken Jeong.

Jan Wahl Movie Review: The Hangover Part III (R)
THE HANGOVER III (R)
I was a mild fan of the original Hangover—the gross out and far out tale of three guys in trouble. This new one—the last of the series—starts with animal cruelty, never needed and never funny, and goes downhill from there.
The guys (Zach Galifiniakis, Ed Helm and Bradley Cooper) are on the road again. This time they are kidnapped by a mob boss (John Goodman) and forced to find the bizarre Mr. Chow (Ken Jeong.) So much does not work here.
Director Todd Phillips puts in too many action-chases and break ins—with no comedy. I'm sorry that the twelve-year-old boys, the audience this film is made for, will see animals killed and think it's funny. See Zach in The Campaign, Bradley Cooper in anything else but sober up and don't see this Hangover.
No hats.
