Jackknifed Big-Rig Cleared After Blocking Both Directions Of Highway 12 In Solano County
VALLEJO (CBS SF) -- Both directions of state Highway 12 in unincorporated Solano County have reopened to traffic following a jackknifed tractor-trailer Wednesday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.

All lanes of traffic opened at 5:27 a.m., according to the CHP.
Traffic between Red Top Road to the east and state Highway 29 to the west was blocked while crews removed the tractor-trailer from the roadway, according to the CHP.
The CHP received an initial report of a big rig that lost control just west of Big Top Road, near Fairfield at 2:38 a.m.
