In-N-Out Customer Sues After Saying He Found Meth In His Drink Cup
LOS ANGELES (CBS SF) -- An In-N-Out customer claims he got sick after finding capsules in the bottom of his drink cup that later tested positive for methamphetamine.
The Southern California man is suing the restaurant over the incident.
In-N-Out says the man's claims are baseless.
