I-80 Off-Ramp In Berkeley Reopens Following Brush Fire
BERKELEY (CBS) -- A section of Interstate Highway 80 closed Monday morning at the University Avenue off-ramp in Berkeley due to a nearby brush fire has reopened, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The incident was reported just before 5 a.m.
