Hillside Brush Fire Burns Close to Daly City Home

DALY CITY (CBS SF) -- Firefighters in Daly City have stopped forward progress on an approximate two-acre vegetation fire burning on the west slope behind a residence at Longview and Belcrest, the North County Fire Authority tweeted at 5:09 p.m. Sunday.

Crews will remain on scene into the evening, extinguishing hot spots, officials said.
