Gun Believed Used In Oakland School Massacre Found
OAKLAND (CBS SF) - A weapon believed to have been used in the massacre at Oikos University in Oakland was found early Friday morning, according to Oakland Police.
A statement issued Friday by Oakland Police spokeswoman Cynthia Perkins said the gun matches the serial number of a gun purchased by shooting suspect One Goh.
At approximately 5:30a.m. Friday, officers found a gun in a waterway in the 8400 block of Leet Street, said Perkins.
More testing was needed to confirm whether the gun was used in the mass shooting, said Perkins.

The statement quoted Police Chief Howard Jordan as saying, "Investigators have worked very hard on this case. Hopefully, this find will help the families find closure and bring this case to justice."
A small group of students and teachers commemorated the tragedy in an intimate ceremony on campus Friday.
Violin instructor Sue Mi Shin led a string quartet in a series of hymns, and staffers who survived the rampage wept quietly as an assistant to the dean read the names of the seven people killed in the April 2 shooting rampage.
Shin said the religious vocational school is still in shock, "trauma I just cannot describe."
Three others were also wounded, and prosecutors have not revealed a definitive motive for the killings at 7850 Edgewater Drive.

Alameda County District Attorney Nancy O'Malley said it appears Goh wanted his tuition back after he voluntarily left the school last November and that he was targeting an administrator there.
Goh has been charged with seven counts of murder with special circumstances, and three counts of attempted murder. His next scheduled court date is April 30, when he is expected to enter a plea.
The 43-year-old Korean national remains at Santa Rita Jail in Dublin without bail.
