(CBS SF/RADIO.COM) - A new documentary chronicling the journey of Green Day's American Idiot and how it went from the recording studio to the Broadway stage is hitting theaters this fall.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the doc, Broadway Idiot, looks at the challenges of adapting the band's 2004 album into the 2010 Broadway production.
