At Funcheap, they have put together a big ol' hairy list of free and cheap Halloween events in the Bay Area for 2013 that they think you'll love. In addition to Funcheap's Free "Truck or Treat" Outdoor Dance Party on Halloween night, There's lots of free fun spooky events like a "flash mob" dance party, a zombie pub crawl, vampire blood drive, haunted houses, and more, plus with free cab rides home for anyone who's drunk too much blood.
