Frank Ocean's Tesla Smokes Tyler, The Creator's Ferrari In Street Race

(RADIO.COM) – There's still no word about when Frank Ocean will release his new album, but it could be a while since he appears to be keeping busy with other endeavors. Like street racing Tyler, the Creator, for one.
A$AP Rocky was sitting passenger in Tyler's Ferrari last night (August 17) when he Snapchatted a portion of their race. "Ok Frankie. Watch this, watch how lil bro do it," Tyler says, revving the engine of his the white Ferrari 488 (although it's unknown if Tyler owns the vehicle. He is however, the owner of a white McClaren). When the light turns green, "Frankie" hits the peddle of his Tesla and launches out in front. Rocky sounds to be having a good time at first, cackling at the situation, but he grows a bit nervous as both keep their speed up "Somebody get me out of this car," he say. "I'm scared. These n—– crazy!"
It's a rare sighting of Ocean. Earlier this week, his producer Malay took part in a Reddit Ask Me Anything (AMA) where he updated fans about the new album. "To be fair tho, art cannot be rushed. It's about making sure the perfect aesthetic for the situation has been reached, to do that, takes constant tweaking, trial and error.. That goes for any creative sitution (sic)," he wrote when a fan asked about the due date.
Art can't be rushed, but apparently Ocean likes moving fast. As for why the men were street racing in the first place, here's a thought: Maybe Ocean's new album will include features from Tyler and Rocky and the three were just blowing off steam after working hard in the studio. Ok, maybe not, but we can dream. Check out their race below.
