First Annual Bottlerock Music Festival Set For May In Napa
NAPA (CBS SF) - The city of Napa will host five days of music and comedy this year in the first ever BottleRock Napa Valley music festival, according to organizers.
The festival, which kicks off May 8th with a show by Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, will run May 9-12th at the Napa Expo with a lineup featuring bands such as Kings of Leon, The Black Keys, Furthur, The Shins, Jane's Addiction, The Black Crowes, Ben Harper, Primus, Dwight Yoakam, Cake, The Flaming Lips, Bad Religion, Mavis Staples, The Wallflowers, Charlie Musselwhite, Blues Traveler and more.
A lineup of comedy acts will also be announced in mid-February, organizers said.
Limited pre-sale passes will be on sale to local artists, community partners and others Sunday Feb. 3 through Feb. 9, and then to the general public starting Feb. 10, with prices starting at $399.
The festival will take place on three stages and 26 acres at the Napa Expo, and feature food and wine from local producers. Doors will open around noon and performances will start around 12:30 p.m. each day.
