Firefighters Rescue Family From Roof Of Burning Home In Milpitas; Dog Dies
MILPITAS (CBS SF) -- Milpitas firefighters rescued a family of four from the roof of their burning home early Friday morning.
One person was taken to the hospital and three others were taken in by their neighbors.
The fire happened at about 2:50 a.m. on Farmcrest Street near Chipman Drive.
There's no word yet on the cause of the fire that killed the family dog, according to firefighters.
