Fire At Hayward Recycling Plant Prompts Warning To Shelter-In-Place
HAYWARD (CBS) -- Hayward firefighters were battling a one-alarm fire at a scrap metal plant at 30104 Industrial Parkway.
Black smoke from the blaze is visible from the freeway.
Authorities were calling for residents nearby to shelter-in-place.
