Police received several calls at 3:20 p.m. reporting gunshots near Santa Clara Street and East Pacific Avenue.
Citizens said they saw a man firing a gun and fleeing the scene in a silver sedan, police said.

The subject left the area before the citizen called police.
Officers responded and found a loaded gun in the bushes where the subject was searching for something.
