Eastern Snowstorm Delays Passengers At SFO
SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) - The storm that shut down much of the south, has churned north, brining wet heavy snow to the Northeast, and now the weather is impacting flights bound to or from the region.
"We do have some delays and cancellations," said San Francisco International Duty Manager Chris Davidson.
KCBS' Margie Shafer Reports:
She said that some of the hiccups are due to northeast weather, and others from catching up from the bad weather in the southeast over the last couple of days.
"Boston and JFK are impacted," said Davidson. "Just check with your airline, as always, before you even come to SFO."
Oakland did not appear to be impacted, but that could change. San Jose had also not reported any delays.
