Driver Killed After Flipping Sedan On Highway 17 In Los Gatos
LOS GATOS (CBS SF) - The California Highway Patrol has reopened all lanes on state Highway 17 after closures prompted by a fatal crash near Los Gatos Monday morning.
The crash was reported about 10:40 a.m. on northbound Highway 17 just south of Los Gatos, CHP Officer Kevin Bartlett said.
Preliminary information indicated that the driver of a red sedan traveling south struck two cars on the southbound side and then flipped over onto the northbound side.

The driver was pronounced dead at the scene, Bartlett said.
One northbound lane was closed for about two hours.
The crash remains under investigation by the CHP.
