Detached Trailer Cleared From I-80 In Berkeley
BERKELEY (CBS SF) - All lanes of westbound Interstate Highway 80 in Berkeley have reopened after a trailer detached from a big rig and blocked the slow lane of traffic Thursday morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The detached trailer was reported at about 4:30 a.m. on I-80 just west of Gilman Street.
A collision was also reported in the same area at about 5:20 a.m., according to the CHP.
The roadway was cleared by about 6 a.m., according to the CHP.
