SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) -- Madden said that NFL rules will have to change, especially since the ball deflation controversy had to do with a crucial championship game. Madden also talks about rule change in 2006 that quarterbacks lobbied for so each team to provide its own balls for games—something he was indirectly a part of.
