Daily Madden Archive: A Visit With Dave Casper

SAN FRANCISCO (KCBS) - On the day he was inducted into the Bay Area Sports Hall of Fame two years ago, former Raiders tight end Dave Casper visited with his old coach and the KCBS morning crew.

Madden called Casper one of the greatest players and athletes in Raiders history. Unlike many tight ends these days, said Madden, Casper could do it all - run, catch and block - and do it extremely well.
