Daft Punk Reissued 'Random Access Memories' On YouTube
(RADIO.COM) - In an unprecedented move for an Album of the Year GRAMMY-winning record, the entirety of Random Access Memories was unceremoniously posted on Daft Punk's Vevo/YouTube channel to stream for free Monday night.
It's called Random Access Memories Unboxed, a resequencing of the original Random Access Memories tracks. The introduction video sets a silent stage, with the Daft Punk robots putting a vinyl copy of RAM on a turntable and simply putting the needle down.
Here's the sanctioned YouTube stream and playlist which, again, is sequenced differently from the GRAMMY-winning Random Access Memories release. Hope you like staring at spinning vinyl for one hour and 14 minutes.
