MILPITAS (CBS SF) -- A 20-year-old Gilroy man was arrested on suspicion of felony DUI after fatally striking a construction worker and injuring another alongside Interstate Highway 680 in Milpitas early this morning, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Adrian Valencia Sanchez was arrested after emergency personnel extricated him from a 2000 Nissan Altima damaged in the crash and transported him to a hospital, according to the CHP.
