Concord Police Pursuit Ends In Crash, At Least 1 Injured
CONCORD (CBS SF) -- A police pursuit from Concord toward state Highway 4 ended in a collision that sent at least one person to the hospital Tuesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The crash was reported at 4:40 p.m. on Willow Pass Road near the highway. That road remains closed with no estimated time it will reopen, the CHP said.
One person was arrested and at least one person was taken to a hospital, but it was unclear if the injured person was a suspect or an innocent bystander, the CHP said.
Concord police were not immediately available for comment.
