Colma Card Room Sues To Remove YouTube Videos Of Fights
COLMA (AP) -- A Peninsula card room is suing to have YouTube videos removed that show security guards and patrons tussling at the gambling establishment.
The San Jose Mercury News reports that Lucky Chances Casino of Colma claims the videos posted by unidentified users puts the card room in a misleadingly bad light.
In one video posted nearly a year ago, patrons get into a scuffle quickly brought to a halt by security guards.
In another, a security guard battles with a man seated at a card table. The man is yanked to the floor and taken to a back room before being escorted out.
A third video named in the suit filed in San Mateo County Superior Court had already been removed from the video-sharing site.
YouTube declined to discuss the videos.
