Christina Walsh Reportedly Plans To Sue Charlie Sheen
NEW YORK (CBS) - Charlie Sheen may soon have to deal with a new set of legal problems.
Christina Walsh, the mystery woman who says she locked herself in the bathroom during Charlie Sheen's alleged alcohol-induced rampage in New York City's Plaza Hotel last week, is preparing to sue the "Two and a Half Men" actor, claiming she felt her life was in danger, TMZ reports.

Sheen reportedly lost his cool in his hotel suite Tuesday after noticing that his wallet and cell phone were missing, according to the New York Post.
Walsh, 22, who is also known as Capri Anderson in a few adult films, says she was in the suite with Sheen and called hotel security after locking herself in the bathroom while Sheen was allegedly trashing the room, reportedly causing damage to several hotel items including, a chandelier and furniture.
According to TMZ, Walsh claims she was held in the room against her will after Sheen threatened her.
Sheen was taken to the hospital early Tuesday morning for psychiatric observation after security called police to report he was disorderly and had broken furniture in his room. He allegedly appeared highly intoxicated and told police that he had been "out partying," the Post reports.
His publicist, Stan Rosenfield, issued a statement, saying the 45-year-old actor was hospitalized after suffering an allergic reaction to medication.
Sheen broke his silence about the incident the next day, on his way back to Los Angeles, telling RadarOnline Senior Executive Editor Dylan Howard that "the story is totally overblown and overplayed as far as the reality of the scenario."
Earlier this year, Sheen pleaded guilty in Aspen, Colo., to misdemeanor third-degree assault after an altercation with his wife, Brooke Mueller Sheen on Christmas Day. He was sentenced him to 30 days in a rehabilitation center, 30 days of probation and 36 hours of anger management.
