TIMELINE: Sheen's ups and downs
Sheen is adding a dozen more dates to his live show, which is now set to stretch into Canada and continue through May 3rd. The outspoken actor announced his first two live performances last week on his Twitter account. Those shows in Detroit and Chicago sold out quickly. Sheen's 'Torpedo of Truth' will hit San Francisco on April 30th at the Nob Hill Masonic Auditorium. For more information, visit CBS Local Events.
Sheen has not revealed the content of the show, other than to call it "the REAL story." However, reports say that the project will be enormously profitable for Charlie. According to TMZ, Charlie stands to make $7 million in one month, reporting that the actor has agreed to perform to at least 20 dates raking in between $250,000 - $275,000 per show.
Perhaps while Charlie keeps winning, so will disaster victims in Japan. The actor's official website states, "Charlie will be donating one dollar from each ticket to... the Red Cross Japanese Earthquake Relief Fund."
Earlier this week, Charlie released a trailer for a new short film he shot that parodies his recent battle with Warner Brothers.
Tickets for the latest dates go on sale Saturday. See CBS Local Events.
