Cast of 'Amazing Spider-Man 2' Saves Bay Area Wildlife From Extinction
MOUNTAIN VIEW (CBS SF) – During a busy promotional schedule, the cast and crew of the upcoming Marvel Studios movie "The Amazing Spider-Man 2" took time out for Earth Day to help rehabilitate the wildlife at Shoreline Park in Mountain View, Monday afternoon.
Director Mark Webb, actors Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Jaime Foxx and Dane DeHaan were joined by Big Brothers Big Sisters, the YMCA and neighboring Google workers, all volunteered their time to support "Hands On Bay Area." Together, the celebrities and army of workers help plant, mulch and installed a drip irrigation system that will benefit the dwindling numbers of burrowing owls, who are native to the area.
