Cars Damaged By BB Or Pellet Gun In San Jose Highway Shootings
SAN JOSE (KCBS) – The California Highway Patrol is looking for the suspect or suspects involved in a shooting spree during commute hours on Highway 101 in San Jose on Wednesday night.
Officers said they suspect whomever did the damage, on Southbound 101 near McKee Road between 5:45 and 6:15 p.m, was using a BB or pellet gun, with as many as ten car windows shattered.

"Fortunately there were no injuries and fortunately there were no traffic collisions as a result of the drivers hearing the breakage of their windows," said CHP Officer Chris Falkowski.
He said officers didn't find any bullets in or around the damaged vehicles.
"I suspect it's probably juveniles," said San Jose resident Bill Warren, a regular commuter on Highway 101. He said the shooting was not only senseless, but also destructive and dangerous.
"I think the blame falls on the parents for not controlling their kids as well as they could," Warren said.
No suspects have been identified and the CHP is asking for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward.
