Man Uses Electronic Device To Break Into Sausalito Car, Steal $15K Bike
SAUSALITO (CBS SF) -- Police in Sausalito are investigating a car burglary that occurred last week.
Police said the suspect drove through a neighborhood until he came up to an Audi, reached out to touch the vehicle and somehow unlocked the vehicle's doors with an unknown electronic device.
The suspect stole a Cervelo P5 bicycle valued at $15,000 and a bag of personal belongings, police said.

The suspect relocked the vehicle using the same device before fleeing the area.
The burglary occurred on Feb. 19 and was captured on a local surveillance camera.
Police described the suspect as a man 25 to 35 years old and dressed in black clothing. He appeared to be driving a 2011-2014 Volkswagen Golf TDI Diesel.
