Caltrain Experiencing 30 Minute Delays
(CBS SF) -- Caltrain is experiencing delays up to 30 minutes on northbound and southbound trains Monday morning due to switch problems.
Passengers at Hayward Park and Hillside are being asked to board from the northbound platform.
The VTA is honoring Caltrain tickets between Palo Alto & San Jose.
