California Unemployment Numbers Remain Gloomy

The_California Employment Development Department has released the latest state unemployment numbers, which remained fairly steady. The unemployment rate in August rose from 12.3 to 12.4 percent. KCBS anchor Rebecca Corral spoke with Greg Rosstan, Deputy Director of Stanford's Institute for Economic Policy Research, who put the numbers in perspective.
