Businesses In Oakland's Temescal Neighborhood Cleaning Up After Another Night Of Ferguson Protests
OAKLAND (KCBS) – Hundreds of protesters took to the streets of Oakland for a second night in a row Tuesday, rallying against the decision made by a grand jury in Missouri to not indict Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson in the shooting death of 18-year-old Michael Brown.
Although the crowd was smaller on Tuesday than the one that marched through the streets Monday night, the protest once again turned violent, with people making their way to freeways and vandalizing and looting businesses.

On Monday, the downtown Oakland area was hit hardest, especially businesses on busy Broadway. But on Tuesday night, the damage was centered in Oakland's Temescal District.
Many businesses on Telegraph Avenue are busy cleaning up broken glass and graffiti, including Genova Deli, family-owned since 1926.
"It was a quick break-in, they took whatever they could take and headed on out," said manager Julio De La Cruz. "The T-Mobile got damaged the most, but it's just senseless."
The T-Mobile store was emptied of its inventory and paint was splattered all over the street, likely stolen from a Kelly Moore store in the neighborhood.
Still no word on the number of arrests following Tuesday night's protest.
