Burglar Breaks Into Redwood City Home Through Unlocked Window
REDWOOD CITY (CBS SF) -- A burglar used an unlocked window to gain access to a Redwood City home on Tuesday, according to police.
Some time between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m., a suspect found an unlocked window in a rear bathroom at a home in the 1400 block of Ebener Street, Redwood City police Sgt. Sean Hart said.
The suspect stole various electronic items and walked out the front door, Hart said.
Anyone who might have witnessed anything suspicious in the area was asked to call Redwood City police at (650) 780-7100.
Police reminded residents to be sure all windows and doors are secured when leaving home for the day.
