Bodies In Home Near Los Gatos A Murder-Suicide
LOS GATOS (KCBS) - Detectives with the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department are investigating the death of a father and son whose bodies were found in a home north of Los Gatos Wednesday as a murder-suicide, authorities said.
The two men's bodies were found inside a home in the 14000 block of Clara Street in unincorporated Santa Clara County on Wednesday, according to the Sheriff's Department.
Police have not released the names of the victims or a possible motive.
The Mercury News has identified the men as 50-year-old Imad "Ed" Daou and his 22-year-old son Andrew.

The newspaper's unnamed sources described the elder Daou as a successful real estate developer with Civitaf Corp. who had recently suffered some kind of marital problems.
Daou pushed his son to succeed, but the young basketball player's straight-A high school and college career suffered after two bouts with Hodgkin's lymphoma, according to a trainer interviewed by the newspaper.
Anyone with information about the incident is asked to contact the Santa Clara County Sheriff's Department.
