21st Amendment seasonally carries Hell or High Watermelon, which compliments any summer BBQ. This summer pale straw wheat bear is available from April through September. It starts as an American wheat beer and fresh watermelon is used for flavor during the second fermentation, creating a hint of watermelon flavor and smell. It is available to purchase in six pack cans or on draft with a slice of fresh watermelon to accent the flavor even more. The brewpub is located in SoMa near the ballpark.

The Speakeasy Tap Room is located at the brewery and you can purchase tasting flights, growlers to go, bottles, cans and pints on draft. The Blind Tiger Imperial IPA is a hoppy beer that is bitter with hints of passionfruit, citrus peel and melon. The bold flavor pairs nicely with BBQ and picnic staples like cheddar, grilled pork chops and barbecued ribs. Blind Tiger is only available during summer from June to July.

Anchor Brewing Company is located in Potrero Hill and advanced reservations are required for tours, but there is also local distribution to get your beer on the go. Released just ahead of summer from May to July is the Anchor Summer Wheat. This clean and crisp beer is a light American-style wheat beer which compliments hot weather and eating outdoors. Anchor has been brewing this seasonal beer since 1984.

Harmonic Brewing is a small brewery in the Dogpatch neighborhood. Seasonal beers include Halcyon Days Saison, which is farmhouse ale served with a peel of orange, and Trop the Mic IPA, which is hoppy with notes of peach and mango. These beers are for the pickier guest who has a refined palate for craft beer. The taproom is open from Wednesday through Sunday and offers at least ten beers on tap.
