Barely an inch of this establishment is not dedicated to sports, and that includes the ceiling, so it should come as no surprise Greens is a hot destination in the Nob Hill area for the sports-minded. Do people speak anything other than sports here? There is great seating areas and plenty of wiggle room with 22 televisions, so you're never out of eye shot as the action moves down the court. And when your team doesn't score feel free to yell at the 61 inch big daddy screen instead of your bartender who's busy with the 18 beers on tap. Greens does allows its patrons to bring food in, so pick a spot and settle in.

Specials on beer and well drinks are $2, $3, and $4, plus the well stocked bar can accommodate just about any request while you watch the game.

Staking it's claim as the oldest sports bar, the establishment has been a saloon since 1900 when first recognized as the Aly Inn. In 1919, the bar changed ownership and went under the name Smokeys Saloon, followed by the Transport Club in 1931 and finally the Bus Stop in 1960. Bus Stop Saloon is a perfect Marina destination for those looking to break away from the Nob Hill scene. Patrons run the gamut from quirky, casual to eclectic and bar staff have a family friendly attitude. You'll find plenty of camaraderie around a wealth of TV screens (approximately 17) but not many empty seats so plan your day accordingly.

Walking into Yancy's in the Inner Sunset is like coming home, throwing yourself on the couch and having a cold beer waiting for you. Just shy of hanging out in your underwear and watching the games alone in your own living room, this is the most comfortable spot you will find in the city. But please, management requests you keep your pants on no matter how dim the setting. Great take out in the area and plenty of available parking.
