Asomugha 'Torn' Between Niners, Saints
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS Sports) -- Nnamdi Asomugha apparently can't choose between the NFL's third-best defense and its worst.
The 31-year-old Philadelphia Eagles castoff is "still torn between (the) 49ers and Saints," NFL Network reported, adding New Orleans is "pushing really hard to get him."
Money likely is one factor. Playing time could be another.
With San Francisco, which yielded 294.4 yards per game, Asomugha would return to the Bay Area but possibly not start.
