Arrow's Dylan Neal Joins 'Fifty Shades' Movie

 

(KBCW/CBS) - Turns out someone from "Arrow" will take on a role in the upcoming "Fifty Shades of Grey" movie and it was not Stephen Amell.

It has been confirmed, 44 year-old Dylan Neal who plays the recurring character "Dr. Anthony Ivo" on "Arrow" has joined the "Fifty Shades" cast as Anastasia Steele's stepfather, "Robbin 'Bob' Adams." Neal is latest actor to be cast in the film. Recently it was announced singer/actress Rita Ora has been cast as Mia Grey, step-sister to Christian Grey. As well as Marcia Gay Harden is set to play his mother, Dr. Grace Trevelyan Grey.

 

Recognized for his work in television, Neal has been on several CW shows including 90210, Ringer and Smallville. He is best known for his recurring role in "Dawson's Creek" as Joshua Jackson's brother Doug Witter. A role he played for five years.

Filming for EL James epic novel begins in Vancouver, British Columbia next week. The film is scheduled to hit theaters February 13, 2015.
