Arrest Made In Robberies Of Antioch Pizza Delivery Drivers
ANTIOCH (CBS SF) -- A man was arrested Thursday morning in Antioch for a series of robberies of pizza delivery drivers in the past month, police said.
Rashied Ali Hudson, 25, was arrested at 6 a.m. when Antioch police served search warrants at two homes in the 4300 block of Wallaby Court.
Hudson was identified by investigators as one of two suspects who had been robbing the delivery drivers at knifepoint, stealing their cash and personal property along with the pizzas, police said.
Hudson was allegedly the suspect armed with the knife in all of the robberies. He was taken into custody without incident and booked into county jail in Martinez, according to police.
During the search of the two homes on Wallaby Court, detectives found several pieces of evidence related to the robbery, police said.
Investigators are still working to identify and locate the second suspect in the case. Anyone with information should contact police Detective Santiago Castillo at (925) 779-6933.
