Arizona Woman Killed In Vallejo I-80 Crash
VALLEJO (CBS SF) - An Arizona woman was killed in a solo-vehicle crash on Interstate Highway 80 in Vallejo Wednesday morning, CHP Officer Chris Parker said.
The 11:20 a.m. crash closed the two left lanes of the highway east of Columbus Parkway until 1:15 p.m.
Witnesses reported that a blue SUV had rolled multiple times and ended up on its wheels facing the wrong way in the No. 1 lane, CHP Officer Kevin Bartlett said.
Parker said no other vehicles were involved in the crash.
The CHP issued a Sig-alert for the two left lanes to give crews room to respond to the crash.
The Solano County coroner was called to the scene at 11:43 a.m.
