Argument In Pittsburg Walmart Parking Lot Leads To Shooting
PITTSBURG (CBS SF) - A San Pablo man was in stable condition Friday morning after being shot twice in a Walmart parking lot in Pittsburg on Thursday night, a police lieutenant said.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired at 2203 Loveridge Road at 10:42 p.m., Lt. Ron Raman said.
The 32-year-old man got into an argument with occupants of a midsize silver SUV when at least two shots were fired, Raman said.
The man was struck in the face and leg and was transported to a hospital. His injuries are not considered life-threatening, the lieutenant said.
Police have promising leads that may lead to tracking down the suspects, Raman said.
Anyone with information about the SUV's whereabouts, or who was at the Walmart at the time of the shooting, can call the Pittsburg police tip line at (925) 427-7369.
