AP Reporter Deletes Tweet Saying Raiders Coach Fired After Team's 10th-Straight Loss
OAKLAND (CBS SF) -- The future of Oakland Raiders Head Coach Dennis Allen is uncertain after the team's loss to the Dolphins in London Sunday.
Associated Press reporter Terry Collins tweeted that Allen had been fired, and that an announcement could come as soon as Tuesday, but Collins later deleted the tweet and apologized.
The Raiders lost 38-14 after starting quarterback Derek Carr was injured in the third quarter.
The Raiders have lost 10 straight dating to last season, putting the pressure on Allen.
