PLEASANTON (CBS SF)  - An Amber Alert issued for a 1-year-old girl who was allegedly abducted by her father from her San Joaquin County home near Lathrop was canceled Monday after she was located, according to the California Highway Patrol.

Jacqueline Martinez was found safe at a relative's home at about 7:20 p.m. Monday, according to the San Joaquin Sheriff's Department.

Police in Pleasanton located a GMC Yukon that the man suspected of abducting her was believed to have been driving, a police dispatcher said.

The Pleasanton Police Department received a call about the silver Yukon, with license plate No. 5GMW656, at 4:33 p.m., the dispatcher said. The unoccupied vehicle was located next to the Stoneridge Mall near the JCPenny Home Store.

The alleged driver of the vehicle, Johnathon Martinez, 30, is believed to have taken Jacqueline Martinez from her home at 9:33 p.m. Sunday.

Martinez is still outstanding, the CHP said. The Hispanic man is about 6 feet tall. He weighs 170 pounds and was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans, and an A's baseball cap. He has black hair and brown eyes.
