80 San Francisco Airport Flights Cancelled Due To Weather
SAN FRANCISCO (CBS SF) - Officials at San Francisco International Airport cancelled 39 departures and 41 arrivals Monday morning. The airport is on a ground delay program, which means the rate of arrivals will slow to meet the ability of the airport to land planes.
KPIX 5 reported delays of up to two hours for arriving flights. The ground delay program started at 8 a.m. and ends at midnight.
Officials at Oakland International Airport are reporting no delays and no cancellations. As of 6:35 a.m., the same was true in San Jose:
