7 Arrested In Vallejo Following 3-Month Drug Investigation
VALLEJO (CBS SF) - Solano County law enforcement agencies arrested seven Vallejo residents Thursday on various charges as part of a three-month drug sales investigation.
Search warrants were served at five separate locations in Vallejo as part of the multi-agency investigation, Solano County sheriff's Lt. Gary Faulkner said.
Authorities seized one pound of methamphetamine, two firearms and $1,246 in currency during the searches at residences, a storage yard and a hotel, Faulkner said.
Jesus Villasenor, 42, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale and possession of a stolen firearm.
Gaspar Govea, 43, was arrested for transportation of methamphetamine.
Kirby Bedgood, 58, was arrested for possession of methamphetamine for sale and conspiracy to sell methamphetamine.
Lorenza Deluna, 39, and Rodolfo Chavez, 21, were arrested for transportation and sales of methamphetamine.
Manuel Barrera, 53, was arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition.
Thomas Delemo, 45, was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault with a deadly weapon.
All seven suspects were booked into the Solano County Jail.
The investigating agencies include the Solano County Narcotics Enforcement Team, California Multi-Jurisdictional Methamphetamine Enforcement Team, the Vallejo Police Department's major crimes unit, Fairfield Police Department's gang and narcotics unit and the Northern California Computer Crimes Task Force.
