$50,000 In Computers, iPods Stolen From Belmont School
BELMONT (BCN) -- Police in Belmont are reviewing video footage from security cameras at Carlmont High School where suspects broke into a classroom during the holiday weekend and stole thousands of dollars worth of equipment.
Twenty-five Apple MacBook computers and 30 iPods were reportedly stolen from the high school classroom where they were stored sometime between Wednesday evening and this morning, according to Belmont police.
The school-owned equipment was worth more than $50,000, according to police.
