49ers' LBs Brooks, Smith Limited In 1st Full SB Practice
NEW ORLEANS (CBS / AP) -- San Francisco 49ers linebackers Ahmad Brooks and Aldon Smith were limited participants in the team's first full Super Bowl practice in New Orleans because of shoulder injuries.
Wind that topped 20 mph sent the 49ers to the New Orleans Saints' indoor practice facility Wednesday for their 95-minute session.
All 53 San Francisco players were on the field, according to the pool report, including tight end Garrett Celek, who missed practice time last week with a foot injury.
Celek practiced Wednesday without limitation.
Asked for specifics on Smith's injury, 49ers coach Jim Harbaugh said: "I don't get into what those guys have. If they want to give that information, that's fine. I always feel uncomfortable saying what a player has."
