3 Charged In December Antioch Murder; 4th Suspect Sought
The shooting happened shortly before 5:15 p.m. on Dec. 20 on Rockspring Way, Antioch police said.
The victim, Arnold Muckleroy, 24, is believed to have been driven to Rockspring Way to meet with a group of people who showed up in a dirty green Ford Escort, police said.
Muckleroy got into the Ford Escort with the group and moments later someone inside shot him, police said.
Muckleroy was then shoved out of the car and the suspects sped off, according to police. Officers found him lying on the street with a gunshot wound to his head.
He was transported to a hospital where he died the next day.
On Wednesday, the Contra Costa County District Attorney's Office filed charges against Antioch residents Brandon Washington, 19, Alejandro Landeros, 18, and Victoria Moreno, 18.
Washington and Landeros were both charged with murder, and Moreno was charged with being an accessory after the murder, police said.
They were scheduled to be arraigned at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in Contra Costa County Superior Court in Martinez.
A $2.2 million arrest warrant has been issued for the fourth suspect, 19-year-old Antioch resident Michael Pulliam-Banks. Investigators believe he may be hiding in San Francisco,Vallejo, Oakland or Sacramento.
He is described as a black man with black hair, brown eyes and numerous tattoos, including on his hands and neck. He stands about 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighs 164 pounds.
He should be considered armed and dangerous, and anybody who knows of his whereabouts is asked to call Antioch police Detective Mellone at (925) 779-6930.
