2 Adults, Teenager Arrested In Fatal San Jose Stabbing
SAN JOSE (KCBS) — Three people in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 56-year-old man in East San Jose last week were arrested, police said in a press release on Wednesday.
San Jose police said Robert Alvarez, 21; Cassandra Reyes, 24; and a 17-year-old male whose name was not released because he is a minor, were arrested in connection with the fatal stabbing of Gregorio Ogana that happened June 13 on the 100 block of Checkers Drive.
All face charges of murder along with a gang enhancement.
Homicide Commander Lt. Mike Kihmm commended the homicide detectives on their quick follow up on this case.
"They were able to solve this case within 48 hours of this murder and I am glad that it will give the family members of the victim relief that these violent criminals are off our streets," Kihmm said.
Ogana's stabbing death marked San Jose's 24th homicide of the year.
