3 Arrested In North Bay, Solano County Marijuana Bust

Three people were arrested in two different Bay Area counties and a large amount of marijuana, money and evidence was seized stemming from a four-month investigation by narcotics detectives from Solano County, the sheriff's office announced Thursday.

Detectives served search and arrest warrants at six different locations across Northern California with the assistance of various city and county organizations.

In Fairfield, Cindy Harris, 42, of Novato, was arrested at a Marriott Courtyard Hotel on a warrant charging her with five counts of sales of marijuana, one count of possession of marijuana for sale, and conspiracy, according to the sheriff's office.

A warrant served in the 5000 block of Turner Road in Sebastopol netted Chad Grimm, 24, and Jennifer Ryan, 26. Grimm was charged with one count of possession of marijuana for sale and conspiracy, according to the sheriff's office, while Ryan was taken into custody for one count of sales of marijuana and conspiracy.

All three suspects were booked into Solano County Jail.

A large, but undisclosed amount of marijuana, money and other evidence was seized using search warrants served at other locations, including the Tree of Life dispensary in the 4200 block of Lozano Lane in Fairfield, according to the sheriff's office.

Officers from the Vacaville Police Department, Fairfield Police Department, Napa County Special Investigations Bureau, Sonoma County Narcotics Unit, Mendocino County Bureau of Narcotic Enforcement and the Marin County Major Crime Task Force assisted in serving the search warrants.
