2 Palo Alto Residents Followed Into Home, Robbed At Gunpoint
PALO ALTO (CBS SF) -- Police in East Palo Alto were searching for two armed men who followed residents into their home on Wednesday morning and robbed them at gunpoint.
As the victims were returning to their home in the 100 block of Jasmine Way at about 11:50 a.m., two suspects wearing masks followed them inside, according to East Palo Alto police.
One of the men was carrying a handgun.
The suspects stole cash and jewelry and fled the area, police said.
No one was injured.
Both suspects were described as Hispanic men with average builds.
Both were wearing black hoodies with the hoods up and masks.
